This is definitely my last time here. First time I had an issue with the system. I told the lady I had been charged twice because it said there was an issue and do again. Well the rude lil round lady told me that the system doesn’t make errors. It would just decline my card. But I showed here where I was charged twice. She swore i couldn’t read and this was my error but she would refund me. Second time I came. I got the same error, per picture. Third time here the washer never started. So now I’m 30 minutes behind schedule. I informed the lil round rude lady again and she proceeded to take my items out the washer and began a triple load washer with one set of sheets and a blanket. Leaving all my items on the floor. Told me it was too full. One why would I pay $7 for one blanket and sheets. And to hell with coming back. I don’t care if I have to drive to Newark, NJ. Hire better staff. Get air conditioning.
