This is a picture perfect ice cream shop in the middle of gorgeous historic Dublin, but not only that... The most important thing is the ice cream. Natural flavors, plenty options to choose from and freshly made waffle cones and baskets, they have a lot of seasonal flavors so there's always a new flavor to try. The place is clean and the staff is really friendly.

Jeni's loses 2★s. They are average. 1st★ lost: Their waffle cone/bowl is high quality but poor taste. The flavors were decent but not memorable, and there is no atmosphere at all. 2nd★ lost, personally won't be able to return: you cannot go in and grab two cones for both you and someone that's disabled that's still in the car. You have to be able to twist a doorknob in order to leave. I din't think about it going in but I sure did trying to leave when I had no pockets holding 2 bowls, water, and phone! So it's not wheelchair accessible beyond the most basic of minimums for law. You and yours might not have someone disabled to deal with, but this is the 20s and businesses need to support ALL types of people these days, not just the able-bodied. I'll continue to patron Johnson's Real Ice Cream next door that I don't recall having this issue. Or better yet, Dulce Vida is right around the corner with a 7★ star experience.

This place has really good ice cream! They have over 30 flavors, and if you are lactose intolerant.. this is your ideal spot. Located in Dublin Ohio, this is a great place to cool down and joy some local treats!

Stopped by for a quick dessert after having dinner down the street. Asked the locals at dinner for some recommendations and they suggested Jeni's. That was a good recommendation. It was late so there were only 2 other people in line. …

Excellent! The interior of the building is closed. They take orders from a window and you pickup orders from an outdoor table at the front door, protected by plexiglass.
