No smoking , quite, relaxing but old appliances , uneven ceilings in the apartments, inexpensive compared to other apartments around the place. Close to walmart , kroger , cvs pharmacy and many other food places

Very very pleased with the 13 months I spent living here. The only thing that turned me off for resigning another lease is the fact that the unit is heated with an electric heat pump. It’s super inefficient and costly in the winter. The office staff are the best in the business, not a single issue the whole time I was there. Location wise it’s perfect, tucked away just enough to be quiet and conveniently near all kinds of stuff. Definitely do a tour if you’re interested.
