What an experience, I actually love Duck Donuts. As a customer I have nothing but good things to say. However I was doing a uber eats delivery for a customer I walked in and saw 2 employees 1 younger male and a middle aged female. They were working hard with about 3 people in line. The male was making the donuts and the female was taking orders. I went to the pickup and waited like 8 minutes. The male went over to take orders. I was never even greeted and more people walked in while I was standing there. After another 4 or 5 customers orders were taken I mentioned to the female I was there for a eats delivery and she said ok we will get to it another 10 minutes went by and I asked her if she was making my customers order and she said " no I am not I'm making the customers that are here now" I replied I was there before the customers your serving were and it's an eats order. She said the male would make it next. So I mentioned that looked like they needed some help. She replied "if they would just come to work" I waited another 5 minutes and the male calls out a doordash order and I'm like what? And he says "oh sorry didn't know I needed to do your order" so I waited and the next order he completed was still not my order. I canceled my order due to excessive wait time and left after wasting almost 40 minutes. So until they figure out their staffing I would recommend another location or brand.

I’ve always loved this location and the staff. Chloe, who used to be the manager was an absolute sweetheart and Phoebe is always so upbeat and positive. This store has such an amazing selection of donuts to choose from and the food is always warm and the coffee is always fresh. Yesterday, I ordered two dozens by mistake and Phoebe kindly offered to give me a refund and let me keep the donuts, you never see that great service anywhere anymore. Coming from someone who works in the food industry, I admire them for always being so upbeat, I couldn’t do it. My new favorite place and will be a new regular at this location.

If you like a traditional cake donut with a crispy exterior and soft cakey crumb this place is not for you. The donuts wormed their way of a machine and, and, after glazing were still very soft and bendy, breaking when I tried to pick them up. More of a very sweet pancake in donut form then a donut!

And I thought I didn't like warm donuts. WRONG! These where just awesome. Of course. Bacon maple is a must.
