I went to Walmart to buy coat hangers, they was a whole shelf of them for $1.78. When I went to check out the lady was on speaker taking a personal call. Then told me my price was $2.98 per hanger. She got the manager. The manger said I could only get one for that price and I had 4 packs. I said that’s not fair when you have a whole shelf with that price. They rolled there eye started getting an attitude. She then proceeded to finally change the price. I told her about the cashier taking a personal call and she was made we told her her. Started cussing at me and throwing my items in the cart.

That was the first time I'd been in the Sawmill location and the lady at the Customer Center was awful! First thing she did was yell at me..... Then yell more about what was on a receipt wasn't right, like that was my fault. Then she got her 'manager' was who probably 20 years her junior, he took the item no problem... Then when she gave her the refund receipt she was rude! Then I was a sarcastic and told her how pleasant she was! Then the manager made a less then managerial face but of course he doesn't know what happened prior to him showing up! Very bad 1st impression and I shop Walmart A LOT! SMH

I bought something and a guy comes out and wants to see my receipt. I asked him why. The person before and after wasn’t asked. Now I have spoken with him before and he spoke fine. When I asked him why his accent got very very very heavy where I couldn’t understand him. I told him he was a A Hole. Then out of nowhere a femail started in on me. The whole time trying to get me to say a derogatory word so they can scream hate crime. What a joke. The place is a dirt pit with nothing stocked. I’m done with that place

Just wanted to give Bruce in electronics a shout-out for his superior customer service skills!!! He showed up immediately unlike other Walmarts in town and helped me get my item in a timely manner and also price matched it to their website without any argument which is a rarity these days. I really appreciate associates like Bruce he is a breath of fresh air in retail these days. I am a manager at another big box store and would hire him in a minute. Keep up the good work, Bruce, your effort doesn’t go unnoticed!!! :-)
