Online order was incorrect. Ordered sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, got a biscuit with cheese and bacon only??? No bacon on breakfast wrap. I could understand if we were heard incorrectly in drive thru but the online order is literally wrote out for them… For as pricey as it is, not worth it.

I get a great coffee, a delicious muffin, and when Im lucky, called a “b*tch” as Im pulling away! Thats what I call customer service! Especially first thing in the morning ☀️ What a way to start a Monday! I was surprised to see the same young man the next morning handing me my breakfast. Well done Tim Hortons! So mom’s -if your idea of a perfect morning starts with someone else’s kid calling you a nasty name, Tim Hortons in Marietta is the place to go!!

Really not great. We went 2 days in a row while visiting town. The first day the guy at the front counter forgot half our order while making it, gave us the wrong drink on one of them, had to be reminded of two other items. We only ordered 3 drinks, a dozen donuts and two muffins. The second day they hand mixed one drink instead of through the normal machine and used way too much water. Later when we got to our location, we found large chucks of the powder mix on the bottom of the cup. Another drink was made with cream and no sugar, was supposed to be with sugar and milk, and that was after having to remind them again of missing items, on an even smaller order. They would also discuss our order in front of us (inaccurately), without talking to us to get clarity on what we needed. Would recommend further training or mentoring for this individual and supporting staff.

Just because they are open doesn't mean they will have what you want. On the occasion that I stop here for donuts, it seems to be hit or miss on me getting what I actually wanted when I entered. Overall, it's not a bad experience, but something as simple as a plain caked donut seems to not be available sometimes in the middle of the afternoon. From what I see, if you wan TimBits, you will probably always have a supply, so maybe I'm just not the targeted demographic.
