There was a pool of water on the floor in front of my furnace this afternoon. Marrs had a technician here in about an hour and he quickly diagnosed the problem of a clogged condensation drain. It took him about 2 minutes to fix the problem and he addressed a couple minor cleaning issues while he was here at no extra charge. The service call is on the expensive side at $99, but the prompt attention and professionalism is appreciated!! Now I can rest easy knowing my system is functioning as it should.

Our experience with Marr's was fantastic. Everyone we worked with was professional and efficient at their jobs. Wendy set the appointments, communicated well, and set the expectations for each step of the project. Joel came into our home to estimate the project and was so polite and knowledgeable. He offered solutions based on our needs and patiently answered all of our questions. The day-of installers - Jesse and Kyle - did a great job. They were on time, had everything they needed to complete the job, and did a great job at clean up after the install. I would absolutely recommend Marr's. We had two other companies come out and bid the HVAC install as well. Marr's pricing was competitive and their time to install was much shorter than the other companies. Follow up has been nice and I feel like they actually care to keep our business. It is refreshing and I appreciate the work they did.
