The Obtuse Orphan

This Arco, while fairly abandoned from actual Customers throughout the night ((I know, I was there with a dead battery, no cables and no one for HOURS or miles!)) I have to give favorable mention to the Staff on the Counters here! After sitting in a dead car for 2 hours, the manager here let me carry inside a electric battery charger, my battery and a couple of hand tools, and let me set up "shop" to reboot my dead battery. That was really cool of him to help me out like that. This station is clean, well lit, and friendly run. Good on gas prices too!! Happy motoring!! Be Safe, Stay Healthy please! ;{. °)

Not sure who was working here this morning, but they were incredibly rude. I came in and they were extremely condensing about wearing a mask. They tried to tell me I had to, even though mandate doesn’t go into effect for another 3 days. I asked if I could have one, she then told me she could sell me one. So, you’re refusing to sell me ice, but you’ll sell me a mask, and then I can buy ice? All I needed was a few bags of ice. The worst part, the lady that refused service, didn’t even have a mask on! She had a face shield. Like are you kidding? It wouldn’t have been different if they had asked nicely but they were just so obnoxiously inconsiderate and condescending to me. Told me it was a “company policy” after I told them the mandate wasn’t until Monday. Will take my business elsewhere.
