DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I was in the store on Sunday, 9/18/22 with my youngest daughter. We were there to purchase her new preschool tennis shoes. We found a pair of shoes, a pack of socks and even a backpack. I paid for my items and we left. After getting home, I decided that the backpack was too big for her, so I began the hunt for my receipt (which I didn't have because it hadn't been given to me). So, I proceed back to the store within a couple hours of said purchase and explain to the "manager" that I don't think I received a receipt because I can't find it. She told me that no, I didn't receive one because they didn't feel like running out of the store after me to give it to me. Well, she took the backpack back without an issue. Actually, she was very nice about the whole thing, as was I. Fast-forward to today, 9/21/22, and it's a different story!!! She no longer remembered doing that (guess they get in trouble if they do a return without a receipt). I told her that the shoes hurt my daughter's feet and I wanted to return them. Well, without a receipt you can only exchange them. No, I found some elsewhere and would like to return these ones. It was insinuated by another lady working there that I stole the items on Sunday since I had no way to prove that I bought them. Her words "So, you got shoes and a backpack without a receipt...hmmmm" How else would I have taken that comment? I was threatened with "I'll call the police on you" .....ok, go ahead. I was informed that their store doesn't have video surveillance (to prove I PAID for my items and they couldn't pull the receipt records. They called the manager that was off today and he told them that I WAS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO SHOP THERE!!!! That's not even all of it but this has been a long enough review. I do want to say, that there was one young lady that was willing to help me tho, so thank you to whoever you are. Yeah, they refused to give me their names 😆

I have not ever in my time shopping at this shoe store ever been treated rude like I was tonight I was there today 3-9-22 around 1130am and seen some mens us polo shoes on sale for 14.99 and when I came back to the store around 630 or 7 pm to buy them they were marked up to 29.99 so I told the young girl that they were that price earlier and she got a attitude with me and I told her that I should have took a picture of them with my phone to prove it and she said in a smart way yeah you should of because they ain't that price nomore I will not ever shop there again I've spent hundreds of dollars there for all kinds of shoes and this is the way they treat customers wow

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
