Based on what I saw during my visit, I will not go back to this Wendy's ever again. I placed a mobile order and picked it up at the drive through. When I pulled up to the window, the very first thing I see is one of the young men working there pick up a fry off of the floor and throw it into the fryer. He was wearing gloves, and he did not change them after grabbing the fry off of the floor. So not only did he contaminate the frying oil with a French fry that was ON THE FLOOR, he also proceeded to prepare food with the same gloves that were used to make contact with the floor. Gross. Additionally, another young man there was holding the paper cups for sodas with his hands IN the cups. Just holding it from the top, four fingers in the cup, thumb on the outside. He was not wearing gloves, by the way, but that's still not how you hold a cup you're about to give to someone else. This is what I saw but what concerns me is what I didn't see. These actions came so naturally to these two employees that this could be standard practice for them. Best of luck to whoever gets that floor fry and hand cup.

My cheese burgers were under cooked and the fries had way too much salt on them also I ordered sweet and sour with chicken nuggets they put BBQ in the bag the cashier who took our order was rude this Wendy's doesn't do a good job and this is multiple times this has happened I've visited this one hoping for a better experience but nope we will never come back to Timberlake rd Wendy's

Food has always been given fresh around the night shift hours. Stop going once the guy at drive thru that collects money used his fingers w/o gloves to catch my fries from falling and put them back in my fry cup. Was a turn off I corrected him right then, he was nice and apologized. It's me not him but I gave two stars

Worst Wendy's I've ever eaten. It's always bad, I don't know why I go to this one. Other Wendy's in Lynchburg are good, it's only this particular one. For example, they had no ice but instead of telling me when I ordered I got served a warm, watered down Sprite. I switched it to a warm Lemonade. smh
