Had my sister-in-law here for several months. The staff at Golden Pond are ALL so kind and caring, especially the staff in Memory Care. The management helped us every step of the way and listened to every need/concern. The food was very good and the activities appropriate for her. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to have a loved one move into Golden Pond and in fact have already made 1 referral.

This is the best assisted living facility I have ever been to! I would definitely recommend it as your first choice if you're looking to move yourself or a relative to senior housing. The staff at this location is very friendly, and numerous key team members / directors are long term employees. This is a good indication of how well run this beautiful place is especially given the current economic climate. An extremely clean and quiet, safe and well thought out location. Excellent meals, and more activities than you can possibly imagine. It is an uplifting experience just to visit and appreciate how welcoming and happy the residents are.

We would like to thank Golden Pond for taking care of our parents during their hospice stays. Although it was only an eight month stay between Mom and Dad, the Golden Pond staff were respective and sensitive to their needs. The apartment was always clean and food and fluids were readily available. The management staff were very supportive of family members through the tears and laughs at the end of their lives.

I would like to thank Golden Pond and it’s Director, Lupe Ramirez for taking care of my Father for almost two years. Lupe and her staff always tried to treat my Father like a family member and helped hm feel comfortable in his transition to life in a nursing home. They always called my father by his first name and were very gentle and attentive with my father. Lupe would always give immediate attention to any issues that came up and would always have time to talk. I think the best endorsement I can give for Lupe is that she told me that she wanted Golden Pond”s standards to be high enough to have her own Mother stay there someday!!
