Staff was great, the car was so dirty and the seats were so stained I had to put a shirt on the seat to even sit on it comfortably.

Just left Enterprise at Punta Gorda Airport. Guenther was the "BEST". Probably the best agent we ever had! And we have rented many cars in our days. Very helpful with our situation. We needed a rental car due to our car being in a car accident. Thank You Guenther for the EXCELLENT customer service you provided us. Also Curtis, the agent that showed us the car was very nice and showed us how to operate all the functions.

Very friendly and helpful staff needed to get a bigger car than we booked and they upgraded us for free definitely would use again Car was clean and other than a few dings and dents

I believe so, I saw a car seat wrapped in plastic behind the counter (not an infant seat but a car seat)
I leased through an airline and was charged more than I should have been charged. I don't remember the airline at the moment. I was not happy with either the airline or local rental car company...avoid the airport if possible as you will see extra taxes and fees added on your bill from the auto rental business!
