We always enjoy eating at Applebee's, but this time was especially good. The waitress we had was bubbly and full of personality, Erin W. She was extremely helpful, and conscientious. She was attentive and provided excellent service. Thank you

Waitresses are super nice , but the girl with straight black hair and clear glasses (I think her name is Jess) at the hostess stand is extremely rude. I come in very often with my girlfriend in the evenings and she always has a really bad attitude. This isn’t the first time. I asked her for a booth and she rolled her eyes and was very nasty and it wasn’t even a busy night and no reason for it. Every other hostess is super sweet, but she is not right to be. She doesn’t wear a name tag and it’s probably for this reason. Shes always on her phone and doesn’t care for any customers. They need to find a different hostess.

No, they're opened and their food is just as good.
I do not work there so you should call Applebee's for an authoritative answer. However the Governor of NJ has ordered ALL restaurants to close or convert to pick up or deliver options. So I doubt it.
