Over a month ago I received an injurious haircut not only one time but on two separate occasions. Not only was there an injury but I received a lopsided fade as well. Although the person who cut my hair was apologetic and friendly I still was charged full price for the haircut. About a few days after the haircut I called in the hope to get a partial refund or credit for a future haircut. I was told I would have a manager call me back and it did not happened. I would include photos if possible but this application doesn’t seem to allow it. If anyone is interested in seeing the photos comment on this post.

We’ve been coming here for years and all the girls really know what they’re doing. The app helps tremendously! So I wish I could remember their names, but one has tattoos and piercings with blonde and brown hair, she’s great. As well as the older woman who wears glasses when she cuts hair, she cut my son’s hair last time for my wedding and it was the best haircut he has ever had. This time, my son went to another local barbershop the day prior, where they didn’t properly fade it and he had to get a redo. It was bad. So we went this past Sunday to our local Great Clips, the one who cut his hair had short, purple and black hair with face tattoos, we told them what happened and it took more than a half hour in the chair. But oh my it looked so much better! Even my son complimented the job well done. Definitely sticking with getting his haircut here!

Salons also carry many commercial brands, such as American Crew®, Paul Mitchell®, and Sexy Hair®.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
Customers can check in online during the hours the salon is open. Online Check-In will not be available during the first five minutes a salon is scheduled to be open. This gives customers who are physically in the salon when it opens a chance to be checked in and have their names added to the wait list. We accept online check-in up until 30 minutes before closing time. You can still get a haircut at closing time, you just can't check in on the app.
When you're on the wait list, chances are you'll be next or almost next in line when you arrive. Please note that if you request a specific stylist upon arriving at the salon, your wait time may be longer.

All Great Clips salons offer haircuts for the entire family. Additional services include shampoo, blow dry, or styling such as an updo or French braids. We also offer perms at select salons. Please contact your salon to check the services offered.
