could have been 5 stars but the dressing room employees were very rude. apparently they have a 5 item limit in there which i did not know about until i exited the dressing room (no signs, no attendant to give me a number) and handed the miraculously appearing attendant my returns. i heard her talking about me angrily to other employees as i was walking away to find another size. when i returned to try on a few more things i heard two more employees gossiping about other customers. very childish. maybe you should be attending to customers instead of chatting with co-workers, then your job would seem less taxing.

I bought a pair of sneakers at Kohl's and then wanted to exchange them the next day. Got in the regular register line and waited 10 minutes only to be told that I had to go to the customer service desk to return the sneakers. Went to that desk and waited 10 minutes. The woman at customer service was able to return the first sneakers but rudely told me that she could not do an exchange for the second pair. She told me to return to the register up front to buy the second pair. Waited again for 5 minutes. In all, it took me 25 minutes to make a return and an exchange that should have taken less than 5 minutes. Completely ridiculous to have to wait three separate times and be treated rudely.

I went here for an Amazon return. They have some nice stuff, pricey but nice. It reminds me very much of a store you can find on base like an MCX or something along those lines. Amazon gave me $5 Kohl's cash so I got some cute earrings.

Love kohl's it has become a fave store of mine. Great clothing with great sales constantly. Being able to return Amazon items there makes it easier, and you receive $5 in kohl's cash with each return to use towards items in the store. You also get kohl's cash with every purchase. Besides the sales, kohl's cash, and clothing there candles are so similar to bath and body works candles for bbw lovers, especially sonoma and scentworx brands, and they are much cheaper than bbw candles as much as I love them as well. I'd rather pay $15 dollars the most for the same size or larger candles that smell the same and covers the whole room in the scent instead of up to $28 for candles.
