This 3 story building is an assisted living facility that houses the elderly. This place is very clean from what I have seen and also usually has a clean odor throughout the building. The residents, for the most part seem to be extremely happy with the living conditions there. Unfortunately I have not been inside any of the residents living quarters so I would not have any info regarding them. Other than that I did notice on a number of occasions that the staff would hold different functions/activities for the residents that they seemed to enjoy!

I’ve been here one year now, I love it!!!!! Super Clean, Friendly, close to all the stores, and LBI “where the Beach is” Come check it out, must see in person! I am so very happy I found this awesome living haven!!!

Yes, my mother live there and she has a cat. You must have it licensed and it's shots up to date.
My mother is a resident there. I'm not quite sure if the age is 60 or 62, but you do have to have limited income.You will have to submit an application and there may be a waiting list. Here is their phone number. Ask for Tara (she usually answers) or Debbie who is the director. 609-489-0809. I believe they are only there Mon-Fri. I hope this helps. Good luck!
