Really unimpressed with the fact that I've had to walk to work two days in a row because the bus was full. You'd think common sense would suggest that running both buses would be better for reducing the spread of Covid than cramming twice the number of people into one small space and effectively telling everyone who lives or works in the middle of the route to screw themselves, but then again, you'd think common sense would tell me not to expect anything from Maine after living here 22 years. Good thing I'm able-bodies enough to walk. If you're disabled and don't live near the mall or in Portland, don't even bother.

Bus service is AWWFULLL. If u can drive or even rent a car, I just u do. If u rely on the bus, u better take the bus 3 hours ahead of time or else u will guarantee to be late. A few of the drivers are nice. However, the driver that drives the 24B bus to the mall between the hours of 3pm to 3:30 PM if awful. I think I hear ppl call him Kevin. He is an awful human being. I see him drive pass ppl who are not his friends in snow blizzards, hail and rain. Even if they are a centimeter away from the bus stop he wont stop. I was on the last bus one night and an African American lady was literally almost at the bus stop. She placed her hand out to stop the bus, and the driver drove past her. The last bus for the night. How heartless can u be. Really. Now I realize that the buses are wasting plus time to go off the route to go to their new bus hub. Like seriously. How STUPID is that. Its bad enough the bus is always late but a waste of an extra 5 to 10 mins to go to their new hub. Obviously, wh ok the person that put this in place think passengers ride the bus because they have nothing to do. Again, I recommend driving or renting a vehicle or taking the Metro number 5 bus, etc. I only have 2 stars because it runs when it snows and a few drivers are nice. And if yea, it just started running on weekends since like 2 to 3 years now.
