I was driving through South Portland and saw the Verizon sign and we decided to stop in because my fiance wanted a new phone... We talked to the sales rep (he was a younger kid).. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and he helped my fiance pick out the out the S22 ultra by Samsung. Then he told us about the buyback and my fiance had an older model Samsung so we were told we would get we would get $700 back. I take a lot of pictures and I liked the specs on the S22 ultra so I also inquired about it. He told me the buyback on my Motorola would be a $100. Then the sales rep told us about a deal where we could Upgrade our plan, get the two S22 ultra's ,2 extra phone lines one per phone Get Disney plus and hulu for free And get 2 $500 Verizon gift cards... So we did it. We got the information and sent back our old phones... What we weren't told was that there was a $35 activation fee for each phone And each phone number... That the buyback money that we would get is spread over the next 36 months... We also were not told that the gift cards would take 8 to 10 weeks to receive. Now it's been over the 10 weeks and I called to inquire about it and they said that he didn't do something right at the store so we won't be getting the cards we have to take it up with the store. I don't get out of work until after 4 and your stores closed and I haven't been able to contact anyone there to help me. Please help. ~Laurie

In from out of state & my phone charging cord broke in two! Ran in there earlier today, then realized I got the wrong cord...ran back to store & had Rick help me out! He was awesome!!!! He squared me up in a matter of minutes!! GREAT customer service!! This is the place for your cell phone needs!!!

If you like waiting in line, and poor customer service this is the store for you! I bought a new phone here after my old phone started having issues with its charging port. Sales associate told me the new phone had everything I wanted and wireless charging. After getting home and unboxing the phone would not get past the white screen on the initial set up. Called Verizon customer service to help. He told me there was nothing he could do and that the new phone needed to be returned. ALSO during our conversation he told me that the new phone did not have the wireless charging feature (which is why I bought this phone in the first place) and that the sales associate had made a mistake and that they would credit my account the $50 restocking fee. So go back to the store. Wait in line while all the employees look busy just so they don't have to deal with you. Heck even the manager Matthew took a personal "business" call so I could enjoy waiting in line again a little more After he was done with the "business call" I explained what had happened with the phone I had purchased that day, that it didn't work and didn't have the wireless charging feature that I wanted. Note up to this point I had been very respectful and patient. I just wanted a new phone that worked so I could go on with my day (or night at this point). Dealing with Matthew the store manager was particularly unpleasant. He told me I was flat out wrong. That the phone did work and that you had to put it precisely on the charger to get it to work LOL. He told me I would have to pay the $50 restocking fee to get a new phone, and made me feel like an idiot for coming back down to the store. While waiting for the phone to not boot up and to not charge on the wireless charging port Matthew began doing some online research and realized that he was wrong. Eventually I got refunded on my account I think?(I paid cash). Do not trust this as store. They will try to rip you off. Save your money and switch to AT&T. They have better coverage in the state of Maine anyway
