I would like to receive my mail. In the neighborhood we have not seen mail consistently. Days!!!!! I will come pick mine up. Tough to run a small biz. ##USPS #Comeon

Not only we receive our neighbors' mail who lives across the road, but also the mailman who service Stanford Street left two of the large yellow envelopes on top of the joint mailbox!! If your staff can not pay attention to what they are doing, they should not be working there.

When we moved to Maine we quickly discovered that delivery of the mail was optional. There are days that our carrier just "doesn't make it there" for a delivery. That quote came directly from the SoPo Post Office when we called to inquire about a package that was to be delivered that day. I'd love to say this was an isolated incident but it happens frequently. My favorite is their "driveway not accessible" excuse even though the mailbox is on the front porch and isn't impacted by any sort of driveway status. Update: two days after I wrote this review they pulled the same stunt. Coincidence? Likely not.

Gifts sent to N.Y. from South Portland took 15 days to arrive...a week after Christmas. Sent a small package to same address 10 days ago...still not there. Beyond frustrated! Completely unreliable. Can't use USPS anymore. I just can't.

They are usually closed on any federal recognized holiday
The height should be between 41 to 45 inches from the ground. Set it back from the curb about 6 to 8 inches.
I believe we got mail delivery last year. Call the PO on Forest Ave if Cottage Road doesn't answer
Thank you Ive had mail issues for over 33 years, waiting for taxes to be returned to the right address, waiting over 7 months the first time and then 4 the next time. Good luck, God bless, drive safe and have a good one. Why does UPS and FedEx GUARANTEE their delivery but the United States Postal Service can never quite seem to get it there or just get it right??
