Nothing Urgent about this place. Waited so long to be seen the front desk actually called me and actually asked me if I still wanted to be seen. Then they told me I had swimmers ear had the ear funnel to administer the drops but had no drops In stock. Couple miles from one of the most visited beaches In NJ and they don’t have swimmer ear drops ??? Was told I could go her my script filled then come back for doctor to insert the funnel. I’m far from being a doogie houser doctor but seemed odd.

The single worst place for URGENT care. We were told the wait would be an hour plus....HMM...how is this URGENT care? Although not ideal....the ER might be better. The front desk...less than friendly or helpful....

Should have listen to the reviews when they say the front desk staff has no clue what they were doing. Called prior to arriving to confirm they would see my 8 day old son. Specifically stated he was 8 days old. Was told yes, without hesitation. We arrived and began the check in process, they take insurance card and everything. Before we are called to an exam room we are told the doctor would not see my son because of his age. Which is fine, that is why I called prior to driving there. Office needs to get on the same page.

Don’t even bother. Worst urgent care in Ocean County. Let me break it down in one sentence. The doctor and NP couldn’t even remove a large splinter from heel. Let that sink in before you show with something more serious that they can’t/don’t feel like doing. The NP didn’t even touch my foot or take a close look at it. Not once. And guess what their website says? Foreign body removal. I felt like I was on another planet leaving there with such poor care. They were sure to get that X-ray done though with no one radiologist to read it and send me on my way with the same issue I went in for in the first place. Avoid them at all costs if you have a health issue.
