Absolutely horrible customer service and laziness! I just got off work and rushed to post office to mail out a package that needed to be shipped today and I arrive inside the post office 8 mins till their 5:30pm closing time with one customer finishing up and the blonde older lady working here immediately tells me “we’re closed, I don’t have time!” I then informed her it was 8mins till and she looks at the clock and LIES to me saying no its 5:30!! (AT 5:22pm I REMIND YOU) and refused to help me! Here’s a screenshot of my location history too that clearly shows me at post office at 5:20-inside by 5:22.

Because of vandalism problems, theft problems, some bad homeless transients and other Spokane crime....could be why they ate nit 24hrs
On passport renewal forms I whited out some information and then corrected. Is it ok to mail the forms or I have to fill out new forms?

They have two different size po boxes at this location. A 3x5.5 for $4.67/mo and a 5x5.5 for $6.34/mo.

You will need to do it asap. They do offer an expedited service, for more money, of course, but no guarantees. This time of year is better than before the busy summer season. My suggestion is to go down to the Post Office at 1602 E Sprague (where you need to apply) and talk to the agent in charge of passports. You may want to call ahead to make sure when the passport desk is open. Good luck!
