The clerk that works here is extremely rude and went out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible and start an argument. Shame that moving means dealing with a new post office. Since when is your local mail clerk unable to find the mailing route of your address or what mailbox number you are? And who let's someone change a mailbox lock without even asking for their ID or proof that they live at the residence? Shameful.

Negative ( -5 ) Sadly unfortunately probably the worst post office I've ever had in my entire life, we r in 60's.This is what you get from the federal government, this is why they should never be running businesses. 1. Mail carrier CONSTANTLY gives us neighbors mail. 2. Mail carrier gives our mail to others. 3. POffice doesn't answer phone. 4. Contacted them a year ago about all these problems. Post Master said he would check into it and get back to us. Never did. Will be reporting this to regional manager.

The worst Usps postal office I’ve ever dealt with. If my package is somewhat big and they’re forced to bring it to my door they lie and say they tried delivering it when they have not. It had happened well over 4 times so it isn’t a one time thing. I wish I knew who the delivery of my area was because I would mention them by name. When you call the office they never answer I have called 4 time and it just continues ringing with no one answering. Zip code 99224. Literally so unprofessional to be getting paid almost $20 an hour, like just do your job!

This post office has redeemed itself over the past couple of years. I gave them a generous three stars back then because of a couple negative situations. Recently I had a couple good experiences with the postal clerks going above and beyond their expected duties to help me. An internet seller sent me an item with my name but an incorrect address. Thankfully I had a tracking number and presented it to the clerk. She said it would be looked out for and held at the post office for me to pick up. They did what they said they were going to do. It took an extra three days arriving on a Friday evening due to problematic weather. They ended up delivering it on Saturday so I didn't have to wait for it any longer. That saved me precious time. Time that is priceless. Then awhile after that I missed a signature required delivery for a package. Normally it is required to wait until the next day to pick up the package. I called the post office since I had their direct number. The first time they helped me they gave a card with the phone number on it. Without that its a pain in the butt to find a direct number to the post office going through the one eight hundred number. The clerk told me to call back about thirty minutes before close to see if the delivery driver made it back early enough for me to get my package. I called back and she said it was there ready for me to pick up and offered to help me after they close with getting my package incase I was not able to make it before then. I was able to make it so I didn't have to interrupt the clerk trying to close up the building. Its the little things that matter most to me. They actually make me feel like they care about the customers there now. Great job on the customer service and a two thumbs up ladies!👍👍🙂 You deserve a raise in pay. Good help is hard to find.

The easiest way from there is to head east on Giger, past Amazon. Currently with the road construction going on, you'll turn left onto Pilot Dr. Right onto Spotted Rd. Then right onto W Will D Alton Dr. Then a final right onto Flightline Blvd. The Post Office is right there on the right. Once the roundabout is finished, it will be easier to get to.
I seriously doubt it. Most likely they will expect you to find a way to unfreeze it and hold your mail for a time.
You can go anywhere you want without internet.... Why just the post office?
