For a two page Deed(the Preliminary Change of Ownership does not incur fees) the fee could be up to $103. The fees for recording a document are $15.00 for the first page of each document and $3.00 for each additional page, $75(SB 2 Building Jobs & Homes Act fee, unless you qualify for one of the exemptions), and if the legal description is a Record of Survey or metes and bounds description it will incur an additional $10.00 monument fee.
