I've called Multiple times and sent out various emails trying to get an answer from the Building and safety department and i've haven't received a response. Per their Voice recording its stating that building and safety is currently closed to the public but fully operational yet I can't even get them to call me back or acknowledge my emails. All Cities and Counties are currently experiencing process changes due to the Covid-19 but this is unacceptable every other city calls back, responds to emails etc. All the numbers listed are the same number and they all go to the voice a recording. Update: I left a message for Douglas Oliver and he called me right back and was able to get the person I was emailing to call me back and get this whole issue resolved ***** Thank you Doug
