Product was acceptable and available without too long of a wait. Pricing is high. Installation was a disaster. If you buy from this store hire your own competent installer.

They match big box prices and can deliver and install in a day or two.

Very poor experience. The staff was friendly and understanding but the service from the store itself and the overall experience was unpleasant and left me feeling disappointed. Won’t be buying appliances After all but will look into repairing the old units instead.

I scheduled an appointment and was told the tech would call in the morning to give me a window for the day. He called at 3:30 and finally showed up at 4. Service was very professional, but communication could have been much better. A year later…. I have since purchased a micro hood from these guys and had an excellent experience throughout the process. I would recommend them.

Sanitizing station right when you walk in with both wipes and liquid, masks required at all times, 6 foot minimum social distancing at all times.

My Maytag Neptune works just fine after quite a few years. However, in spite of periodic seperate additional cleaning, the odor is very undesirable. Can this be remedied other than additional cleaning periodoically?
