My company filed a small claims complaint with the filing fee. The courts claimed they didn't receive the fee. A second cashier's check was overnighted via fedex (and signed for at the clerk's office) to insure the complaint was processed before the statute of limitations expired. Franklin waited a month and then returned the complaint for lack of filing fees. To this Day I have not received the $156 in return, and thanks to the incompetence of the courts, I was robbed of my legal right to seek justice.

Scam on parking, that’s just the begging. Confusion on what building and what floor is a understatement. Everyone works SLOW and has no urgency, unless it’s to arrest someone. You will Be here at minimum 3 hours and that’s on a great day expect 4-5 hours. If I could give negative stars I would.

Pretty sure you can't bail someone out over the phone because you'll have to sign something. You'll have to contact whatever jail they're being held in to find out how much and where to pay
You need to go to Columbus public health office of vital statistics at 240 parsons ave
It's hard to answer this question. I'm sorry. They do both, so you have to ask an attorney or a public defender.
No, there should not be unless you file a counterclaim. However at the end of the case, if there's actually a jury trial it will be added to the court costs.
It depends on the department and nature of your hearing
