Yes, the groomer there are very professional and experienced. Just make sure to let then know exactly what you want done and if your dog can be temperamental being groomed make sure to let them know.
This place is the best I highly recommend u take your dog there and u won't want to take your dog anywhere else after that.
For nail trims they do walk-ins, but for grooming you do have to make an appointment. You could ask them to call you if they have a cancellation. Maybe you'll get lucky and get her in right away.
Walk-ins are welcome but you might want to call in first. The last time I was there, I walked in around 4pm and the girl behind the counter told me I got lucky because the groomers usually leave around 2:30pm depending upon how busy they are and that there was a groomer just getting ready to leave but was willing to take my Buddy boy in for a quick nail trim. Great place to go to, very helpful and friendly staff.
