Nin English speaking or understanding front desk manager, who claimed the manager was not in until Monday, meanwhile the business card clearly had his name on it. These people are insane!! Stole my $350 because I canceled the reservation. I took my family and went a few miles down the road, no way we were staying st this Chit hotel. How can this cooperation even put their name on this place? Complete trash!!! Avoid !! I took a loss, didn't even get a key, ghetto roach hotel.

My husband & I were specifically looking for a hotel that included free breakfast we went with the Ramada (this was our first ever time staying at a 2 star hotel and it will certainly be the last) when we arrived we noticed a sign that said due to covid no breakfast, the outdoor pool was closed. This hotel seriously needs to be shut down or a board of health needs to inspect it. This is the dirtiest and sleepiest hotel I’ve ever step foot into. Literally a hotel from a movie ceiling falling apart the bathtub was yellow, their was a musty old smell. The sheets had rips or burns all over them , the carpets were so filthy they looked black it had not color. The ceiling to our room was cracked and some white dust kept falling everywhere there was white dust all over the chairs and tv from the ceiling. On our last day the light to the bathroom stopped working and someone had to come and and fix it. The only reason my husband and I settled for the Ramada was because everything else around was booked or far away from a wedding we were attending. We paid $344 for two nights and that was over priced this hotel should not go any higher than $60 per night. It’s a dump ! I would never stay at this hotel again even if they offered me a free two night stay, it is 100% worth it to spend more one a better quality hotel. Hope this review helps others in the future when considering booking.

Booked a room the day before only to be given the wrong room when I got there. Went back to the desk and was charged extra $$ to "upgrade" to the room I originally booked. When you walk in the smell of pot is so overwhelming. Only good thing I can say is the rooms have been updated recently.

Front desk person was very friendly. The room was decent and quiet. I like that this hotel offers smoking rooms still. Was a little bummed everything was closed including the restaurant/lounge and no breakfast. We requested a late check out for 12 but at 11:45 hotel staff loudly and constantly banged on our door and didn’t even give us a chance to get up and answer before they tried to enter the room. Luckily we had the latch on the door because he would have walked in on us. I yelled through the door that I had called and requested late check out and then even after they called our room phone a minute later. This made me not want to come back again and I will just stay at the super 8 next time I need an affordable room.
