Carlos Matamoros was my advisor. He is very professional and explained what is required of the 26K service. He offered a maintenance package which is good for 2 years and greatly reduced my cost for service today which was immediately charged to the package! A great offer and a big help in reducing service cost! Thank you very much Carlos for taking good care of me and my car. Called about a used Camry, made an appointment to see one. When we for their Mike was assigned to help us. He was nice and helpful. Took the car for a test drive and then bought it. Met with Ron the next day to finalize everything. Got the interest rate I wanted and everything else was explained fully and the whole process took less than an hour. All was plain and simple.
