Food was okay. Ask for burger to be cooked medium. 👎Came out medium well. Waiter could have been better. Asked for Diet soda no lemon 👎Had lemon on side of glass. I been in the service industry over 40 years and diner or high class restaurant my customers always get the best service I can provide. He didn't even smile. Took his time coming back to see how things were. Sorry I am old school waitress and I treat all my customers like family.

DO NOT GO TO 202 DINER!! Horrible staff. The old angry hag who was the hostess was incredibly rude and refused to accommodate COVID safe seating requiring us to sit next to other customers even though half the diner was empty. She had such a horrible attitude for no reason. Will never be going here again

This is a hidden gem diner that is my all-time favorite; the moussaka is life-changing. Every element the spice the fluffiness of the bechamel and how it's crisped on top and the layers of roasted eggplant they just as tender as could be but somehow even crispier on the edges; I would go there with my mother since I was 12, and I would always order the moussaka every diner I went to that had it on the menu that was my specialty to order it to see whether it would meet the incredible standard of this fine 202 diner. The service was always impeccable and what what made this place stand out was the care that was taken to select ingredients that were wholesome and choice, and to present those ingredients in a traditional style in an exemplar fashion. I've since moved away from the area, but I am hoping for this restaurant to have many more decades of prosperity ahead for itself, and if I had one piece of advice for the proprietors of the establishment, even if you have to raise the price, never remove the moussaka from that menu.
