Charging for BBQ sauce! Mediocre to poor service. Every time I try to give this place a shot I find myself more disappointed than the last time. I don't understand how this place has remained open as long as it has.

Ordered a sandwich I said please no tomato as I am allergic I was still in the parking lot I checked my sandwich and there was a tomato I went back to the window they took the sandwich back and I watched them take the tomato off and put the sandwich back together. They told me if I want a new sandwich I have to order a new one and pay for it. On my receipt it says no tomato and they said I never told them that…. Very rude and seems like the kid behind the window didn’t want to be working

Close to the most disgusting fast food bathroom I have had to use. To top it off, the soap dispenser was broken. I won't order food here as a result.
