As difficult as it may be, all of our employees have been instructed to avoid shaking hands with customers or co-workers. However, our friendliness and care for customer service will not diminish!

Yes! We have secured extra supplies of disinfectants, alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer and gloves for employee and guest use. If you are visiting one of our service centers and would like to use any of these items, please ask.

We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment��and furniture, with special attention to commonly-touched surfaces.

Our employees are prohibited from reporting to work without a 14-day self-quarantine if they have traveled outside the United States or to a high-impact area (as determined by the CDC) or if they have taken a cruise. As a company, we have also suspended all non-essential business travel. We are instructing our employees to follow the health, hygiene and risk assessment protocols set forth by the CDC.
