Incredibly overpriced and horrible repair staff. I asked them to fix my flow meter and all they did was replace it, they left without even checking if the thing worked, and charged me over 100 dollars for doing pretty much nothing. I don't use anymore.

We have been swimming in our brand new Perfection pool for about a month now. VERY satisfied! Its exactly what we wanted, and more. Tony & his construction team were in constant contact with us. Troubleshooting when necessary, giving updates on time-lines, and most importantly for me- calming my anxiety with a project that was often overwhelming! I can't say enough positive things about this company. Yes, you will have to be patient to get your project started. Like all pool companies they are BUSY. But these folks are WORTH THE WAIT. I've had several friends & neighbors that went with their competitors- and they had multiple set backs, poor communication- & less than stellar results. We're also using their weekly pool service, this has been fantastic as well. "Perfection" is very much an appropriate name for this company!

They staff are knowledgeable and helpful when I am in store but there are not so good about following up. I special ordered one part several months ago and they never called back after placing the order. I tried getting info on another special order and they called back once to answer one of my questions. I asked a follow up question to which they said they would get back to me on. I waited a week, called back and someone told me they would call back. Waiting another week and still nobody has called back.

Disappointed in the service and not a person that leaves negative reviews. Several pool repairs needed to be completed with a reasonable quote. The first repair was partially completed. After I received the first bill, I contacted the office and received a call back from the manager. He did not realize the work had not been completed and assured me the work would be done; I paid bill one once the crew showed up. I received the second bill which is now over the original quote and work still not completed. I have cameras and was charged for labor ($650.00) which included hours of time not working. I have made several calls to square up my bill and to get the work completed. The receptionist indicates that the manager will call me back yet, after 6 messages and over 2 months of calls, no call back. Disappointing.

No they do not. Master spas is a traveling spa company who is not local.
I would call the store..friendly staff and always willing to help.
