I have been a patient at this facility for the past 7 years. The staff is absolutely professional, empathetic, and really go above and beyond to accommodate their patients with appointments, referrals, and provide exellent communication within the practice. My appointments are always timely. I primarily am treated by Lynn (NP), who has always been incredibly personable, professional and encouraging in the treatment and management of my Chronic Pain Relief. She always addresses any of my concerns or questions I may have, and always updates me on my medication, and educates me about further treatment and options. The office is very professional, safe, very clean, and never crowded. The waiting room is actually, very calming and inviting. I never feel awkward or judged in any way with the entire staff including the doctors. Dr. OConnell, the medical director, is phenomenal as well. He always addresses any questions I may have. I highly recommend Middlesex Recovery Center in Norton,. especially for professionals as well. Excellent care and facility, which I highly recommend to people who need their services.d
