I suggest calling the police about your neighbor and also calling Child Protective Services since a child is being shaken and that is very dangerous and risky and a health danger for the child

I witnessed the tail end and aftermath of an assault on a woman that has a 9 year old and they are living with abuser. My concern is for the time he spends with the child, will she be a witness to the next assualt? This is not first or last assualt.

Wake up people what can be done to stop BUTTE COUNTY CPS from distroying family's. There not one bit of what they claim to be please just think it through long and hard before you call BUTTE COUNTY CPS THEY ARE SET UP TO ADOPT AND FIND NEW HOMES FOR CHILDREN THEY ARE A FALSE ADVERTISING BUSINESS THERE FARE FROM GIVING OR GETTING FAMILY IN A TIME OF NEED ANY HELP.
