Too crowded. Charged for parking and then didn't take receipt for paying. Gate opened WITHOUT proof of payment. Motorcycles were parked in lanes designated for cars. Make a spot for M/C only. People are there to spend money, if you're LUCKY ENOUGH to find a spot, why charge? Especially in these times of inflation.

Yes overnight parking is allowed havent seen many people park overnight at Cannery Row and u can pay before u leave at the kiosk and it will tell u the fee for overnight or with the app
I probably would not do it, the spots are pretty small and its usually pretty crowded.

Yes, its free but after 4 or 6 (sorry I forget). I just show my Monterey drivers license and I park for free there all the time. Luckily I mostly go there which is after work which is almost always after 6.
