Respectful and understanding people own & run AB Self Storage. Some personal trouble over the last 4 months has prevented me from always paying my bill on time. They don't make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed when this happens, they're decent people. The facility is clean and secure. A+ #1 AB is the best self storage in Chico.

They told me that when I want to evacuate my unit. They had a verbal agreement with me that I cannot get a prorated payment when I left and told them I was leaving Also paid for lock to be cut off. My car was destroyed in a hit and run. Keys were car to lock. I paid for lock to be cut and said to them I am moving out. They said verbal action was told to me. That no prorated month payment. If you pay for full month that is it . That was today they said this. Where is my 2 yrs ago contract. We were in Paradise fire needed storage. I ask for contract have not heard back yet. Read the fine print. No other storage place does this.
