I have been going to ADS for many years and it has helped me through recovery in ways I never expected in my life. The staff truly care about you and yes they hold you accountable, in which many people complain and expect no consequences but that’s not how this works the accountability is actually a positive if you are truly dedicated to your sobriety. If not for ADS I don’t know where I would be especially once I couldn’t afford a pay clinic any longer. This place can help you get your mess together but it is up to you to work the program and make the best of your life and let methadone and counseling do it’s job to aid your recovery. God Bless I hope you find the peace and a better life I have got to know through methadone treatment and counseling that has come from ADS Greensboro.

I'm not quite understanding your reviews there only three reviews and only one is saying something that I would have to consider. Are there any more reviews that I can review?

I have been in ADS’s Drug Treatment program for quite awhile. The reason I’m STILL here is because my counselor “A”, DOES care. People “leave” and give bad reviews because they don’t follow the rules, don’t take their sobriety serious. For those of us who follow the rules .... it’s a great 👍🏼

Do you have any good suggestions please?

What & how long is the intake process there & do you offer detox and/or referrals to detox?

Once you get on the list and go for your intake appointment, it takes a few hours from start to finish. They don't have detox there but they will def do a referral. Call & talk to Les, he's very nice & will get you taken care of!

You can't transfer you have to dose down to 25mg at crossroads then make an appointment with ads and start out at 25mg. They don't do transfers

Greetings. I am not sure when your comment was posted. We have changed the transfer policy, and have been admitting a number of clients from numerous facilities, including Crossroads. We have honored all transfer doses, although our program physician does have the right to request a serum level check for safety purposes.

Hi there. No, ADS on Carolina St. is an Outpatient facility only and patients do not stay overnight. We do occasionally offer evening groups that end around 7:30 - 8:00 pm.
