The Benco office is filled with incompetence, Jackie is a liar, a thief, and has no business being in charge of anything. The lack of professionalism and amount of disrespect this woman exhibits is astounding. Her airheaded record keeping and blatant lies are exactly why I came to do a google review to recommend you buy your steel from some place else. Would hate for this company to stiff you too!

This company makes it clear they don't have time for the DIY-er. Only needed one piece of 3" flat stock and in spite of talking to a sales rep. After taking off work to make it there in time I was told about their two hundred dollar order policy. I could have walked in there and grabbed what I needed of the shelf in two minutes there are no compromise to their policy. Go to Wilkes Metal Sales. They took care of me and had a three dollar cut charge instead of a seventeen dollar cut charge. Benco doesn't want the small guys business, period.
