Highly recommend New View Roofing - very positive experience! Work was done in a neat and timely fashion - on budget and on time! Will be using them next Spring to replace the rest of the roof. Thanks Nick Royer!

Nick Royer, Tom Longville and the entire team both met and exceeded our expectations. We had received at least five roofing quotes and truly felt that Tom Longville was honest and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They worked so hard, so efficiently and so neatly that all of our neighbours commented! We highly recommend this company and can't thank them enough for doing such a top quality job!

Contacted New View Roofing on Saturday evening via web request to clear roof of snow. Received a reply via phone within an hour. Was surprised to learn that the job could be done the next day - SUNDAY! Price was fair, crew were on time (actually early) and did a very thorough and complete job. Thank you to Jimmy Cornhoff and Dave Mendez! A very satisfyingl experience, would recommend New View Roofing to my friends!

New View Roofing replaced our roof shingles and clad the roof in plywood. They did excellent work in very hot and sunny weather conditions. They did a good area cleanup every day. The crew were skilled, well organized and very pleasant to deal with. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend them!!!

If your fence is damaged beyond repair by hail, wind, fallen trees, storm debris or another unforeseen event, your insurance company is likely to cover its replacement. However, you should check with your fence installer and your insurance agent to determine whether your situation warrants coverage.
Studies by the Environmental Protection Agency have shown that a new, energy-efficient roof can lower an average home’s energy bill by up to 10 percent each month. When you consider the fact that heating and cooling takes up about half of a home’s total energy consumption, that’s a significant amount of money (and that’s why we often say that over time, an energy-efficient roof can pay for itself).
New View Roofing offers a variety of services beyond roofing. We are experts in gutters, fence installation, exterior home improvement projects & window replacement/installation.
Shingle granules are tiny balls that are affixed to the top of a shingle. They’re the same color as your roof is, and they’re just a bit larger than coarse sand. They may be shiny or dull. If you see these granules in your gutters, near your downspouts, or around the edge of your roof line, there’s a good chance that they came from your roof – and you should definitely call a professional to see how extensive the damage is.
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) are thermoplastic single-ply roofing membranes that have heat-welded seams. Both are considered “cool” roofing materials and can save you money on energy bills. They’re also installed using a similar process. The differences between the two materials lie in their chemical formulas. Both are designed to conform to the movement of the roof; however, PVC has better chemical resistance and tends to be more flexible than TPO. TPO tends to be the more affordable option of the two and offers better thermal expansion properties. Contact New View Roofing today to discuss which option is best for you.
1. After a storm has safely passed, assess your roof for storm damage by walking around the perimeter of your property. Look for any obvious signs of damage such as missing, cracked or lifted shingles. 2. Check for dents in your gutters and cracks in windows. 3. Inspect for fallen tree limbs, broken fences and damage to landscaping. 4. Keep an eye out for leaks and water spots inside your home, especially in the attic and on the ceilings of upper rooms.
Installing a new roof is a big job, and several factors affect how much it costs. Because every job is different, it’s impossible to give a ballpark figure – but we can tell you: -The materials you choose have a big impact on how much your roof replacement will cost. -The size of your roof matters when it comes to cost because you’ll need varying amounts of materials and labor. -Tear-off of your old roof isn’t always necessary, but in some cases, it is. The best way to figure out how much a new roof will cost you is to call an expert from New View Roofing.
Some roofing materials are more energy-efficient than others are, and every home is different. However, as a general rule, metal roofs can be designed to be among the most energy-efficient available. Likewise, tile – made from slate, clay or concrete – can be very energy efficient.
You should schedule a free roof inspection if it’s been more than a year since the last time you’ve had a professional look at it. Our team has inspected roofs that are 20 years old but have never been inspected – or worse, maintained – and we understand that life gets in the way. We also know that the sooner you address roofing problems, the less money they cost you, and that roofing problems never get better on their own. We offer yearly roofing inspections to all DFW residents so give us a call or fill out the form on our site to schedule one.
Contact us for a free inspection and we'd be happy to review it with you. One of our Project Managers will work with you.
When you hire New View to repair or replace your gutters, you can expect the following benefits: 1. Rainwater will properly be guided to the downspout. 2. Water damage to your home’s siding can be prevented. 3. Basement flooding and foundation damage can be avoided. 4. Lawn erosion can be prevented and landscaping preserved.
The most obvious sign that you need a roof repair is a leaking roof. If your roof is leaking, contact us for a free inspection and emergency repair. Leaks never get better with time, only worse, so contact us as soon as possible and we might be able to halt further damage and avoid an expensive roof replacement.
