I spoke more than once with the maintenance service because I have a dishwasher that does not work, some drawers do not work, they now do not care about maintenance, so I do not call again, I will leave this apartment as soon as possible

UPDATE: on top of the list of problems my breaker started to trip after the complex lost power one day around mid july i called made a maintenance request they told me that they have to get an approval from the manager to have an electrician to come out and still yet has been done and were almost in mid August. Well when i moved in the floors and counter top was sticky and dirty the 1st thing we did when we walked in was got a mop to clean the floor before we moved anything in, theres a crack around the whole ceiling in every room, also a grease stain about the stove on the ceiling that didnt get cleaned. I know other apartments that would not consider that move in ready. Also now ive had black mold under my sink for almost 2 weeks the exact day it was discovered was on fathers day and I've called and made maintenance reports and no response called the office said they will call maintenance and get back to me and still nothing no date has even been mentioned or scheduled for when they will be replace the cabinet under the sink covered in black mold and i have 2 kids in the apartment if not fixed soon I'm calling the board of health theres a few smaller things that should have been seen before move in day considering the price for rent wouldnt recommend moving in here unless you put your rent into escrow.

Spacious apartments and great maintenance staff (shoutout to Jesse for always being positive and quick at getting everything done). But, rent increases drastically compared to other local options (avg 20%/year).
