We went and saw Elf during Christmas season with my 3 and 5 year old. They loved it and were singing the songs for weeks. The actual quality of acting is... Sufficient. Obviously it's not going to be Broadway level as it's a children's theater. But the kids in the play clearly put in a lot of work and it was a fun time. I would suggest it for families with young kids.

ACT is an amazing place for kids to get interested in the theatre. The people there are friendly and always want more people to join. Trust me, I've been in 2 plays and 4 workshops!

Their website lists public events. The staff is also super friendly and helpful if you go talk to them.
Ticket prices are, Adults $16/Students/ Seniors/Military $13/Children 12 and under $10.
