In the situation of now, wait forever is expected. but I didn't hear one time about shipment issue, short of staffs --- etc. from city mirror. fantastic experience with City mirror company. how rare it is. I have great experience through the phone with Laura, she knows her work very well, in very short time she could get me some idea and set appointment without making client wait for whole day for their employee to show up. Jason and Ryan did wonderful and neat job for installation. the day my appointment for install, they called me to see if they can do it early because it will be raining right after my appointment. I am truly appreciated their thoughtful during their busy work schedule and keep me informed. they are serious for their business.

These people are top rate. I just had my rather large shower fitted with glass. Not only did they measure for the glass, they found and incorporated the flaws in my walls to fit the glass right. Two windows were also replaced and I couldn't be happier. The attention to detail is top notch and the cleanliness of the job was on point.
