I’ve been a member for over 10 years. I went in the Cary lifetime office back in April to freeze my membership for June and July. I freeze my membership every summer and this year for some reason I noticed they did not freeze my membership and when I called they told me I had to contact corporate. As of right now I’m stuck paying for two months and they won’t give me a refund! I also went in on July 30th to cancel my membership and told the receptionist that my membership was on a freeze till August 15th and she told me that I wouldn’t have to pay for the full month of August but I was charged August 1st for the full amount. Be VERY careful if you freeze your membership or cancel!!! I would highly recommend getting everything in writing and signed, so your not out any money!

They completely took out one side of the basketball courts for pickle ball, and since then I have only seen pickle ball played once, not enough interest to justify taking away the basketball goals. Now I can only take my son who is 12 and too young to participate in the pick up games at certain times of the day, even though the “pickle ball” court has no one on it. Ridiculous, for over $200/month they can build the seniors a pickle ball court elsewhere.

This gym has everything and they embody a philosophy of inclusion. I love it!

Greatest fitness place ever. They literally have everything here.

You'll have to ask but it's probably because there's a joining fee typically. This is their way of dissuading you from cancelling for 6 months and then signing back up. Hoping you'll forget a out it after a few months ....
I don't think so. Really need to call them.
The issue is that they charge the same whether you use the sauna, pool, bubble tub, showers, courts, kids academy, or not.
You can probably do the workouts while you're here, but there are no organized Silver Sneakers events or classes. Lifetime hasa very wide selection of live and video training sessions available for people at all levels and ages
Yes. Members get passes ( a couple a month) they can use for a guest, and if you don't have any more passes you can pay for a guest (I think it's a reduced rate from just normal temp passes) and it may be a different cost weekday vs weekend (It used to be, don't know anymore)
It opened in 2006.
Yes
It’s in the member agreement you sign when you join the gym. Should’ve read through it ...
Depends on time of year, deals/promotions and what package the individual is looking to purchase.
No
They have an outdoor and indoor pools. But not sure about the party option. Best to contact them directly for this matter.
You need to sign up for a membership. They do give one week trial passes though.
Do you accept silversneakers members?
