I met with Jay in Holbrook,MA, he was very personable and friendly, he gave me a tour and explained everything about the facility. The unit was exactly what I wanted.

I had a reservation and i arrived to the store at 10am and the doors where locked . I waited 45 minutes well I called two difference customer service representatives to just let me know that can’t get ahold of the store manager or main office . I couldn’t move my stuff in without signing my contract and I drove around with my stuff in my uhal as I tried to call at 1pm and finally got someone at rhe office and thats when they told me the person that was suppose to open did a no call no show. I Asked if their was something they could do considering half of my day was gone and I was paying a sitter to move hourly . The man told me no and refused to give me a name or number foe the store mangers information. Not to happy with their service
