I hired Stanley steamer to clean my air ducts and dryer vents and have been paying for it ever since. The first time they came out one of the technicians broke the return duct in my basement and didn’t tell me. Instead they put construction tape on it and left as if nothing was wrong. I went down the following day to the duct laying on the floor. Then I purchased a new washer and dryer and couldn’t use them because they never cleaned the dryer vent and it is 80% clogged. I can’t speak to their carpet cleaning but I would never hire them to clean vents again. They’re super unprofessional and not worth the $1,000.00 I paid them.

The two gentlemen that came, Gilmar & Tayevon, were great. On time, polite, professional and quick. Love how the carpet came out, I have a dog and decided to do the deodorize service and I think it did the trick. I plan on scheduling again for the rest of my house :) 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Yes! At no extra charge, we move furniture and return it back to its original place with protective padding. Items we will not remove include: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables
