I tried to apply for an official passport at this post office, and the clerk told me that that did not exist, and actually scoffed and laughed in my face, when in fact they do exist but are not common. Maybe this post office needs some more training on passport application.

I’ve had multiple pleasant experiences here. Just today a very kind employee helped me get my passport renewal in the mail. Plus, the building feels historical and has a nice vibe to it. This is my favorite post office in the area!

You would have to fill out a vacation hold card... you could ask your mailman or you would have to come to the post office and fill one out.
