Just your same Ole best buy, geeks squad was alot more help than the people by the video games, dude seemed like he didn't like his job and didn't know his department, I told him I can figure it out and carried my concerns else where where I was helped to the fullest extent.... not a bad place though

I was really impressed with this location. It was more opened spaced and had a bigger selection.

Yes they do bring them to customer service
Best buy will not do this but you can always destroy the drive with a nail a d hammer.
When you purchase your TV you can have it delivered but there is a service fee to mount it and setup and It's by appointment only.
Check Amazon too.
Returns lacking proof of purchase From their return policy online - Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied or limited, and state sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed. I would imagine a store would not have a huge issue especially if you want store credit over a straight refund.
Yes but you can also shop online and order items for store pickup they have parking spots you can sit in and they'll run your items out to your vehicle.
honestly i don't know they just now sent me a notification that the order i waited all day for is suddenly not brining something. I'm guessing they are swamped this week
The screen is a Snap-On device, replcements can be purchased at Amazon for 3 of them for $10 and then go to YouTube and there are numerous videos showing you how to take the screen off and how to snap the new one in the place.
No. You can pay "geek squad" to do it though. They are expensive to use for any service. You would be better off buying screws online if you know how to do the process yourself.
People are sure lazy. If you can post the question you can call them or look it up online.
It’s not 250 it’s 199 a year
Really depends on the issue, some can be done in minutes; some issues take days... Also depends on the work load if the location you take it to?
