I love this Butcher, great people work there l, staff is always helpful and will give your their honest thoughts on the cuts of meat. They always have what you need. You can order online, through text or just walk in. This 12 lbs brisket is from their store. Stop in have a chat with them.

Best meat in the city! I’ve been coming here since I first found them a couple years ago and they have not let me down once!! Highly highly recommend them!!!! Don’t forget to get some seasoning while your there!!

I personally have no idea but I do know they are great about providing information about how they process their meat. They are very transparent. I don't buy meat anywhere else anymore.
