Super helpful staff. They helped us find a pair of shoes that work for my big little boy and have always been very inviting and family friendly.

Nice store, but the staff is absolutely TERRIBLE at this location. My husband and I went in with our baby to exchange a coat that was received as a gift. We loved the coat, but needed a bigger size and did not have the receipt. The coat was still new, with tags attached and there was also a matching hat to go with it. The associate who helped us said they were out of the size we needed in store and online. They were then able to look up the person who purchased the coat in their system by phone number. We told the associate that we wanted to keep the hat and just do store credit in exchange for the coat, so they handed the bag back to me with the hat still inside and told us they would keep the gift card up front until we were ready to check out, not even offering us the option to come back another time. We thought it was odd, but shrugged it off and agreed to look around. We started with the clearance first, in the back of the store, because they were having an additional 40% off the sale price. Immediately after walking back there, we noticed two associates following us, pretending to look busy. One of the associates was the person who had just given us the store credit. They made it extremely obvious that they were watching us, because they were standing less than 6 ft. away and they kept staring at us. We then started looking at other areas around the store and the associates proceeded to follow us. They were not doing this with any other customers in the store. My husband and I were so uncomfortable that we felt rushed to make our purchase and leave. It was such a shame that we were unable to shop for our baby without having eyes watching over us the entire time. It was very clear that we were being discriminated against, based on the way that we looked and for this reason, we will never step foot into the Carter’s at this location ever again. We understand that this is not a representation of all the stores, so perhaps we will have a much more pleasant experience at another location or just stick to ordering online.

I only go to this store so I don’t have to pay shipping online. The store kind of sucks. I’ve had issues in the past with some of their staff making rude comments towards me. Then today their servers went down again so they couldn’t open the store or do transactions and refused to allow me to do online to home order with free shipping for the inconvenience. (This is the second time this has happened to me at this location- mind you I only come here once every 2-3 months maybe). Just order from Target and save yourself the trouble

Very helpful staff. Don't forget option of buying online and picking up in store. Carters and OshKosh are great and are only expensive if you're buying things at full price... which isn't too bright. They always have lots of sales and loads of good coupons. You just have to look a tiny bit.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
